1. Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing IT development initiatives. Set timetables for evaluation, development, and deployment of IT services.

2. Responsible for development, review, and certification of all back-up, IT Disaster Recovery Plan(DRP) and IT Business Continuity Plans (BCP)

3. Analyze needs of different departments, determine ways to meet and enhance business objectives by modifying existing or developing new information systems

4. Ensure technology standards, Compliance, system Patches and Performance of Infra and Application are up to date and secured.

5. Leverage existing, emerging, and innovative technologies to enhance, improve, and streamline business processes for efficiency and productivity gains.

6. Use up-to-date knowledge of best technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices.

7. Lead Trouble-shoots and solves problems related to hardware, software, and network. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time with consultation from Corp IT.

8. Coordinate and supervise IT staff members on site. Build long term relationships with local vendors for IT related products and services

9. Ensure company’s technical problems are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner

10. Serve as an escalation point for SAP application to facilitate resolution of issues

11. Get a broad understanding of the SAP logistics and the up-/downstream processes. Participate and create optimize processes for continuous improvement to meet business needs.

1. Degree with Computer relevant major or above

2.10-15 years manufacturing supply chain with SAP experience.

3. Proven Software Development cycle and Project Management experience

4. 3- 5 years Team management experience

5. Knowledge on DRP and BCP setup, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure application and Data Centre setup
