Job Description

1. Manage all accident/incident reporting, ensure all EHS issues can be reported timely, accurately to related parties.

2. Provide EHS Team with accurate information for monthly and quarterly reporting, including related analysis.

3. Organize internal and external audit. include daily/weekly/monthly/government/customer

4. Keep the audit records, and follow the corrective actions to be implemented

5. Provide safety control on high-risk equipment management: certification, annual check, etc.

6. Provide routine maintenance on fire facilities, including extinguishers, hydrants, emergency lights, fire alarm and sprinkler system, etc.

7. Supervise the environmental treatment system to ensure comply with local laws and regulations

8. Organize quarterly environmental parameter testing

9. Organize annual indoor occupational hazards assessment & test, and provide occupational health check for all related operators

10. Implement the EHS training plan and publicity activities to develop the safety awareness

11. Work as project coordinator of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 program

Requirements：

1. 3+ years working experience on EHS in MNC manufacturing.Administrative related working experience is plus.

2. College or above in major of Environment, safety, health and related.

3. Thrive in a growth environment, and willing to learn new things.

4. Strong execution and coordination & communication skills.

5. Good English ability is plus.

6. Potential to be promoted into EHS Supervisor role.
