Job Title: 高级机械设计工程师（Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer ）

Reports to: 深圳设计中心总监（Director, Shenzhen Design Center）

Division/Department: 设计中心（ Design Centre）

Location: 深圳（Shenzhen, China）

I. JOB PURPOSE

In this senior mechanical engineer role, you will play a leading role to work directly with customers and DC Engineers to accomplish complex mechanical system & component level designs (Liquid & Air Cooling). Work with vendors & Product / Process Engineers on DFM and provide manufacturing designs and processes for prototype and mass production.

II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/JOB FUNCTIONS

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

• Complete Mechanical Design as per Customer specifications using developed plans and procedures (Drawings per geometric dimensioning and tolerance).

• During Design/ Development phase communicate with PRDE/PIE & Vendors. Also project status updates with customers (Internal/ External).

• Completes preliminary analysis and reports to determine if design meets functional and performance specifications.

完成初步分析和报告，以确定设计是否符合功能和性能规范。

• Provide recommendations for changes in product based on understanding of Cost & Manufacturing Process.

• Assist in the Prototype development and Verification.

• Contributes to root cause investigation of thermal, mechanical or material deficiencies of our products.

• Ability to Multi-Task: Works independently of direct supervision on multiple projects of varying levels of complexity and magnitude.

IV. JOB QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

任职资格:所需要的知识、技能/能力要求如下列：

1. Education and/or Experience: Mechanical Engineering with minimum Bachelor degree, 10+ years of working experience.

教育和/或经验：机械工程专业背景，本科及以上学历，10年以上工作经验。

2. Special Skills and Abilities: Expert in Mechanical Design software Solidworks/ Pro-E. Mechanical Structural Analysis by using FEA ANSYS tools.

特殊技能和能力：熟练使用Solidworks / Pro-E。运用FEA ANSYS工具进行机械结构分析。

3. Deep understanding and extensive experience on Material Selection and Manufacturing processes (Soldering/ Brazing/ Bonding/CNC/Stamping, etc.). Understanding of Tolerances and DFM (Design for manufacturability).

对材料选择和制造工艺（焊接/钎焊/粘接/ CNC /冲压等）的深刻理解和丰富经验。了解公差和DFM（可制造性设计）。

4. Knowledge/ Experienced in Thermal Management Product design is strongly desirable.

有散热产品设计经验者优先

5. Adequate written English skill is required. Some spoken English is desirable.

良好的英语书面表达能力。有口语沟通能力者优先考虑。
