Recruitment & Selection

• Prepare and place all internal and external advertisement for recruitment as approved by line manager

• To participate job fair as necessary

• Arrange interviews in accordance with relevant member’s availability.

• Prepare and sent out successful and unsuccessful letters to candidates.

• Prepare all new employment contracts and employment package, follow up with interviewers on commencement formalities, e.g. reference check, CRB,

Training & Development

• Collect incoming publications for training courses and investigate other training opportunities for staff under the guidance of line manager.

• Review and analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental heads.

• Record all training completed by employees in the HR Database

• To lead staff familiarization and induction training under the guidance of line manager.

Local and expatriate employment

• Liaising with a wide range of organizations involved in areas such as working visa, expert certificate or labor handbook health and safety, local policy check, etc.

Others

• To maintain routine correspondence and draft appropriate response

• To provide response to general HR related enquires verbal or written, such as employee insurance, banking, leave entitlement etc.

• To assist the line manager with research and other special projects

• To ensure the implementation of HR policy in compliance with group requirement.

• To provide HR reports as requested by Line Manager
