工作内容

1. Improve and optimize DDLS system

2. In charge of supplier service, business follow-up, budget control and management

3. Push supplier internal service quality to improve and hence a better customer service

4. Coordinate and support business department

5. Mgt. system maintenance and development

6. DDLS evaluation and KPI

应聘条件

1. Minimum 3 years of parts product experience in an auto brand. Prefer 5 years in related position or Industry.

2. Knowledge of market and service structure in the Chinese automotive environment.

3. Experience working in different cultures, in an international business environment.

4. Experience in establishment of supplier management system is preferred.

5. Communication skills – active listening, writing, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills – one on one and within a group situation.

6. Strong customer focus and product knowledge.

7. Ability to work effectively in a team – embraces common goals, supports peers and readily shares new approaches.

8. Ability to act with cultural sensitivity and to achieve results dealing with people from a variety of different cultures.

9. High level of organisation skills and ability to work independently.

10. Initiative taking and pro-activeness.

11. Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.

12. Experience working in an international business environment.

13. English: good communication.
