DUTIES


  • The Food and Beverage Manger is responsible for the overall administration and operation of the Food & Beverage Division to maximize profits, enforce quality standards, maintenance of high staff performance and ensures customer satisfaction.
  • To ensure of the quality standard of service, food and beverage.
  • Ensures that the Shangri-La FSMS Program is strictly implemented.
  • Prepare F&B promotion plan to attract the local market.
  • Review food and beverage cost analysis and analyze monthly Profit and Loss statement.
  • Review monthly forecast.

REQUIREMENTS


  • Oral and written fluency in Mandarin and English
  • 5 to 8 years relevant experience in an international class hotel
  • Creative, displays initiative
  • Good and relationship building and diplomacy
