DUTIES
- The Food and Beverage Manger is responsible for the overall administration and operation of the Food & Beverage Division to maximize profits, enforce quality standards, maintenance of high staff performance and ensures customer satisfaction.
- To ensure of the quality standard of service, food and beverage.
- Ensures that the Shangri-La FSMS Program is strictly implemented.
- Prepare F&B promotion plan to attract the local market.
- Review food and beverage cost analysis and analyze monthly Profit and Loss statement.
- Review monthly forecast.
REQUIREMENTS
- Oral and written fluency in Mandarin and English
- 5 to 8 years relevant experience in an international class hotel
- Creative, displays initiative
- Good and relationship building and diplomacy
