• Ensure the protection of our assets (people and facilities), public and customers by effectively managing risks pertaining to Health, Safety, Environmental.
• Develop the Env/OH procedures in compliance with Corporate andlocal environment/ OH policies and regulations
• Develop and implement company EHS improvement plan.
• Achieve and maintain compliance with legislation and company requirements pertaining to safety, health, environmental and other applicable expectations and regulations.
• Communicate with the external regulatory agencies for environment / OH as site liaison personnel
• Maintain the ISO and OHS management system with the help of external consulting firms.
• Anticipate, identify and manage security issues and concerns
• Responsible for EHS training activities (Farming operations).
• Ensure Filed Safety standards are met (Standard and global field safety initiatives).
• Develop and execute an effective Emergency Response and Preparation Plan

Requirement:

• More than 10 years related working experience at managerial / supervisory position in a multinational chemical company.
• Bachelor degree with major in Chemical or Safety or Engineering, experience in farming industry would be highly preferred.
• Good English and PC skill.
• Good Communication and Presentation skill.
