1. Focus on food product sourcing and development
2. To work with Sales/Marketing team and Asian management team to establish departmental/financial goal and strategy for business
3. To set up execution process/business model and lead a merchandising team that is capable to deliver business plans.
4. To search, identify and develop specific products/package & sourcing opportunities for business.
5. To quantify the benefits and saving to the company,
6. To investigate and correct supply problems to minimize impact on production, and reviews the economies of all orders in order to capture better costs, quality, puncture delivery and efficiency.
7. To effectively lead the team, develop people and contribute to the management team initiatives, process or tool
8. Any add hoc assignment designated by the superior.
9. To manage the suppliers’ alignment with the scope of business and build strong and long term relationship with key suppliers
10. To ensure suppliers and merchandising team well trained and continue in enhancement to gain the efficiency.
11. To ensure the communication with buyer and counterparts on daily business issues in a professional and timely manner in order to contribute to product development, sale, quality assurance initiatives.
12. To provide timely and high quality reporting to supervisor

1. 至少五年以上食品採購經驗
2. 熟悉外貿流程及零售行業
3. 食品相關科系大學或以上學歷畢業
4. 能聽說寫流利英文, 能獨立作業
5. 需能經常出差
6. 如果有從事蘑菇，鮪魚, 蝦子, 柑橘, 椰子水, 鳳梨, 荸薺等食品罐頭更佳
