JOB DESCRIPTION

To work with cross function teams and customer, Mold SIF specialist is responsible for resolving issues on Husky system through telephone and e-mail support or site visits, as well to Identify patterns of failures and raise awareness through SIR proposal.

RESPONSIBILITY

? Identify root cause of the issue on PET mold, apply solution for the customer in the fastest time possible

? Ensure knowledge of the issue is transferred in the form of troubleshooting guide

? Identify patterns of failures and raise awareness through SIR proposal

? Providing knowledge and expertise in support to the Service, Sales and Call Center organizations

KEY SUCCESS METRICS:

? Average age on SIF investigation < 50 days

JOB RELATED COMPETENCIES:

? Communicating effectively in both written and verbal form customers and Husky

? Illustrates strong attention to details when completing tasks

? Analyzing and reporting potential product (Molds) problems, and recommending improvements

? Strong self-guided learning skills

? Travel: approximately 15~25%

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

? College Diploma in Mechanical/Hydraulics/Plastics Engineering or equivalent experience

? Minimum 5 years relevant experience/Senior level Machine/Mold tester/Senior level Service Technician/ Development or Engineering Team Member

? Knowledge of Husky products, tools, standards, processes and technology

? Proficient with computers (MSOffice, BAAN IV/LN, E-mail, Blue Print Reading, Schematic Drawings)

? Strong knowledge of plastics processing and injection molding principles

? Expert troubleshooting / ability to root cause

RELATED EXPERIENCE:

? Communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills, as well as in English

? Problem solving and creativity skills

? Technical report writing skills

? Data collection and analysis skills

? CAD (Unigraphics is an asset)
