岗位职责：

? 准备并参与开发所有的设计概念和由此产生的图像，图纸，材料，饰面和施工细节

? 准备设计汇报和概念

? 独立绘制所有CAD图纸

? 负责FF&E

? 可现成协调解决设计方面的问题；

? 与供应商和工程队 联系有关现场和交货时间安排. 监控现场状况和项目进度根据设计要求和标准

岗位要求：

? 室内设计证书/文凭或同等学历

? 知识在餐厅/酒店装修及工程技术

? 熟练掌握AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up 和Microsoft Office；

? 于客户，顾问和工程队优秀的沟通技巧

? 较少的经验将被视为项目协调员

? 流利书面和口语的普通话与英语会话水平是 必须要的

Responsibilities:

? Prepare and involve in developing all design concepts and consequent images, drawing, materials, finishes and construction details.

? Prepare interior design presentation including mood board and material sample

? Prepare full set drawings independently, in high quality and accuracy

? Responsible with FF&E specifications

? Liaise with contractors, suppliers and other consultants

Requirements:

? Certificate / Diploma in Interior design or equivalent

? Relevant experience in restaurant and hospitality design will be an advantage

? Proficiency in Auto CAD and Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up and Microsoft Office

? Good communication, organization and presentation skills

? Initiative with design talent, creative, independent, responsible, self-motivating and process attention to details

? Fluent written and verbal Mandarin with English conversational level is required
