Job Requirement:
1. University graduate in Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management or Computer Sciences; Master degree holder is preferred
2. Knowledge on China customs regulations and import/export/LC documentation or direct shipment processing is an advantage.
3. Sourcing or Supply Chain working experience in MNC or home applicants manufacturing industry is preferred.
4. Possess good working attitudes, attention to details, be result-oriented, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
5. Good knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Access; good command of SAP or demand planning is an advantage
6. Good written and spoken English & Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities：
1. Maintain company internal all system data accuracy, and run every report weekly for SC team order management
2. Chasing monthly forecast / all report with oversea colleague and distribute to all team member.
3. Work closely with the forwarders, vendors, Purchasing team, QA team & Product marketing team in monitoring shipment delivery and facilitate a smooth launch process of new product development project.
4. Monitor closely on-time delivery of outstanding orders, reports and takes corrective action when order exceed due date.
5. Maintain record of shipment/order information in timely/accurate manner and present in structured/transparent format.
6. Collect, consolidate, monitor, measure, analyze business data and prepare periodic reports for review on vendors performance and 3rd party service providers' performance
7. Create and set up system parameters; ensure data accuracy in various systems;
8. Assist in Ad-Hoc Supply Chain projects and work assignments as determined by department head.
