Job Description

Main Accountabilities:

1. To coordinate and be in charge of execution of supply contracts with existing customers, including:

To update order forecast on monthly basis

To visit customers on regular basis for relationship management, including handling claims or complaints, digging new business opportunities.

To update or renew supply contracts, inc. negotiation of terms and conditions, pricing.

2. To update Customer Data Base, incl.: organization, contact details of key persons, and the questionnaires.

3. To assist BU Head for special projects.

4. To collect market information, incl.: end-users’ requirements, competitors’ activities, trade fairs, conferences, seminars, and new regulations or legislations.

5. To market Siegwerk to complimentors and establish partnership with leading market players.

6. To coordinate with TM for promotion and validation of SW solutions.

7. Achieve the sales target and A/R collection target

8. Develop relationship with target strategic customers; master sales tools like Funnel, Customer Scorecard; implement differentiation strategy, identify and develop new business. at these strategic customers,

9.Work closely with technical team, AMS team, production team, and other supporting functions to ensure the technical support and product delivery to customers.


Qualification:

  • College graduate or above
  • Above 5 years of relevant work experiences (ink industry sales experience is preferred)
  • Experienced in marketing &sales
  • Proficiency in English
