Job Description

工作职责:

1. Facility Management – Delivering high quality, prompt and courteous Facility Management services;

2. Office Administration Management – Managing the office administration related work as per company guidelines/standards to ensure customer satisfaction, including but not limited to Office courier/Meeting room management /Cleaning service / office Renovation, etc;

3. Space Management/Projects – Coordinate all internal/external parties to complete an office related project from start to finish;

4. Vendor Managment– Evaluating service vender’s performance and focus on continue service quality improvement;

5. Payment and reporting– Surpervising all of factility expense and provide analysis report as per request;

6. Customer Satisfaction – Maintaining good relationships with customers. Executing adequate level of receptionist,specialist and vendor management so that a high level of service can be delivered to users at all times.


任职资格:

1. Education: Bachelor or above;

2. Experience/Skills: 5 years or above admin management working experience at international company;

3. English request: Good English speaking and writing.
