英美教育咨询及客服专员 - Counselling Assistant

职位描述:

1. 前台接待及客户初步咨询,

2. 协助咨询顾问收集英美院校信息,为客户提供留学方案;

3. 协助咨询顾问为学生提供留学后续服务；

4. 协助参与公司国外院校接待及市场推广活动；

5. 协助项目部推广海外游学项目并作为领队带队；

5. 办公室其它行政及客服工作。

申请人要求:

大学本科，英语六级，良好的客户服务和市场营销意识，良好的沟通技巧和团队意识。英语专业或由相关工作经验者优先。

待遇和培训：

基本工资、绩效工资、业务提成、电话津贴、年终奖金、五险一金、带薪年假、节日及生日福利、一周双休，专业培训、出国机会。

Established in the year 2000, HOPE is a government licensed agency specializing in International Education Exchange and collaboration as well as students recruitment for UK and US institutions at all levels. The company currently has 6 offices in East China’s 4 Main cities including Shanghai, Hangzhou, Ningbo and Nanjing. HOPE also has service points in London and Cambridge in the UK and New York and Los Angles in the US who provide guardianship and other follow-up service.
The General Manager of HOPE, Mr. Daniel Zheng, was formerly the Education Promotion Manager in the British Council Shanghai, and most of company’s senior counsellors are UK and US master degree holders. HOPE works with a reasonable number of UK and US institutions at different levels and provides a wide range of marketing services to our partners including students’ recruitment, brand advertising, academic links and joint programme with Chinese institutions, teacher and corporate short course training programme, alumni events, students exchange and summer camp programme at UK, US, Australia and European countries.
HOPE also enjoys good relationship with the British Council, Embassies and Consulates in China, local companies, government organizations and education institutions so that a sustainable business is achieved not only by student’s recruitment but also by educational projects and partnership.
