I. Job Aim 工作目标

To lead the store management teams in maximizing sales and profit while achieving set targets. Provide leaderships, coaching and discipline to ensure the highest standards of customer service, store presentation, inventory management and store administration are achieved within designated area of stores. Consistently ensure all company policy and procedures are implemented while striving at all times to reduce store costs. To consistently take a company wide perspective and build an environment of good team work. To leverage all cross functional relationships to achieve desired results.

带领店铺管理团队实现销售和利润的最大化以达到预定目标,提供指导、培训和原则以确保所辖店铺的顾客服务、店铺陈列、库存管理以及店铺行政工作的高标准执行;保证所有公司政策及工作流程得到持续的贯彻执行,同时努力降低店铺成本;不断地打造良好的工作环境和公司发展前景;平衡各种社会关系以实现预期效果。

II. Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责

r Customer Service 顾客服务

I. Ensures all Sales Assistants are fully trained effective customer service

确保所有的店铺员工都接受了客户服务知识的全面培训

II. Ensures all customers receive customer service in good quality and advise all time

确保所有顾客在任何时候享受到的都是高品质的服务和建议

III. Ensures high level of product knowledge

确保员工具备较丰富的产品知识

IV. Ensures customer complaints are dealt with immediately and appropriately. Action to minimize is taken.

务必使客户投诉得到快速的和适当的解决,并使产生的影响最小化

V. Ensures customer service is our No.1 priority

r People management 人力资源管理

I. Recruits only top quality staff who meet the specific needs of the business

招募能够满足店铺良好运转的高素质员工

II. Trains and develop assistants/ supervisors skills to maximize performance

培训和发展店铺员工及管理者的工作技能以使他们的工作业绩达到最优

III. Ensures adequate staff coverage

控制适当的员工数量

IV. Manages performance of direct effectively, regardless good or poor

有效管理各种绩效表现的直接下属

V. Sets clear expectations for excellent staff

VI. Ensures Sales Assistants work in a safe and healthy environment

VII. Delivers all Watsons policies and assist and supervise the store manager to manage all staffs

r Operation Management 营运管理

I. Demonstrates a strong understanding of all company policies

II. Ensures that store always presents a strong visual image

III. Ensures stockrooms are maintained in a clean and tidy manner

确保店铺仓库保持清洁、整齐

IV. Ensures all staff are trained and adhere to item display of merchandising principals

V. Implementation of POP policy

贯彻执行公司促销政策

VI. Maximizes sales per square meter by aggressive use of floor space

充分利用店铺经营面积,使单平米绩效最大化

VII. Works with buying / vendors to consistently strive for new and creative methods of presentation

与采购部和供应商共同协作不断尝试新的有创造性的商品陈列方式

VIII. Ensures top 50 sales / gross margin lines are presented well

确保销售和毛利占前50位的商品有最好的陈列

IX. Gives feedback in good quality to all departments

积极给予各部门及时的反馈

X. Predicts seasons / events, stock requirement and ensure adequate stock level

对因季节和节日导致的市场需求有充分的预见性以确保足够并适当的库存

XI. Inspects the cash current capacity of the store, ensure the cash to be consistent with the report form

检查店铺的现金流量,确保现金与报表一致

XII. Coaches the store manager to complete store inventory job

指导店长完成店铺盘点工作

XIII. Helps the store manager to control all security service of store

协助店长控制店铺的各项安全工作

I. Constantly strives to achieve sales budget

II. Demonstrates initiative in driving sales in store

III. Manages stock holding to minimize markdowns and maximize margin

管理库存商品,使降价销售达到最少,使利润最大化

IV. Aggressively drives in store promotion to maximize impact

V. Monitors all aspects that controls shrinkage

全面监督并控制损耗

VI. Ensures all company policies and procedures are followed

VII. Follows the new store opening plan and progress

紧密配合公司的开店计划和进展

VIII. Be sensitive to the market information and provide rational idea to advanced managers

对市场动态敏感,及时向高级管理层提供合理建议


III. Personal Qualities&Qualifications 个性品质及任职资格

I. University / College degree holder

本科或专科学历

II. At least 3 years operational managerial position holder in chained retail operations

3年以上连锁零售企业营运管理岗位工作经验

III. Good ability in organization and leadership, good team spirit

卓越的组织和领导能力,良好的团队合作精神

IV. Ambitious, aggressive, interpersonal skills and sense of commerce and figure analysis

雄心勃勃的、办事果断,良好的沟通能力以及良好的商业意识、数字分析能力

V. Good ability in planning, prevision and problems solving

较好的计划、预见和解决问题能力
