岗位职责：

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责

1、语文学科教学；

Chinese teaching

2、承担所在学科课程的讲授任务，组织课堂讨论；

Responsible for curricula teaching and seminar organizing

3、承担课程辅导和答疑，作业和考卷批改等工作；

Responsible for course tutorial, question-and-answer session, correcting homework and examination, and etc.

4、完成教学部门主任、年级组长、教研组长安排的其他任务。

Other tasks are issued by Head of Teaching Department, Senior Leader, Group Leader of Teaching and researching and He ad of School

NECESSARY COMPETENCIES 必需具备的知识和技能

1、全日制本科（含）以上学历、具有中级或以上级别教师资格证书，汉语言文学等相关专业；

Bachelor degree or above, Graduated from Normal Universities with relative major, Senior Teacher Certification possessing，major in Chinese language and literature education or other related

2、具有五年以上教学经验和一定的教学研究工作经验（有初中或高中教学经验），有天津中考经验优先；

5-years relevant teaching experience and teaching research working experience（teaching experience of both junior school and senior school），teaching experience of entrance examination of high school is a plus.

3、熟练掌握办公软件和互联网的使用技巧；

Proficiency in the use of MS Office software and Internet

4、具备教育心理学知识，较强的授课能力；

Equipped with educational psychology knowledge and strong teaching ability

5、具有很强的中文表达能力，普通话标准；

Equipped with strong expression skill, standard Mandarin spoken, and rhetorical skill

6、具有较强的亲和力，讲课生动活泼，知识面宽广；

Strong affinity, teaching lively, broad knowledge scope

7、热爱教育事业，工作积极主动、责任心强；

Passion for education work, strong responsibility sense,

8、有一定的英语沟通能力优先；

Proficiency in spoken and written English is a plus

9、可承担班主任职责，可住校。
