Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Control the structural part of the aircraft maintenance program to meet the Company’s business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support for aircraft undergoing maintenance onsite or in office.
• Liaise with suppliers, aircraft manufacturers and internal departments to manage technical issues for structural parts and components.
• Evaluate and incorporate OEM’s SBs, ADs and prepare work packages for retrofit programs.
• Control aircraft weight and balance change, issue weighing report, weight and balance schedule.
• Support the Investigation to the reliability issues, SRB risk and IOR/MOR if necessary.
• Support the FTM related issues and lead project assigned.
• Perform other duties or projects assigned by supervisor/manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above
• Degree in Engineering, Avionics, Mechanical, Aeronautical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years experience on large aircraft structure and at least 3 years experience work as assistant engineer
• Good knowledge of Aviation Industry. Be familiar with maintenance manuals, operational manuals and OEM documents
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Proficient computer skills with database maintenance, MS applications
• Polished interpersonal and communications skills
• Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License or equivalent is preferred
• Design Organization background is preferred
