POSITION OVERVIEW

负责开发创意，策划和执行演艺项目。
Responsible to conceptualize, define, develop and execute a compelling entertainment events or shows

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

？主导创意头脑风暴为节目创意设大方向
Conduct Blue Sky Concept Disccussion
？主导针对开发项目所需要的资料调研
Provide research material for related project
？编写演艺活动或演出创意方案
Create creative proposal for content-driven events and show
？主导和监督设计完成演出所需的图纸
Work with various designers on proposals for approvals.
？负责各项目测算编写
Budgeting and financial management, with emphasis on project-based profitability and ROI
？根据演出需求负责提供最合适的合作方
To identify the most appropriate supplier for the production requested
？参与考核和塞选合作方
Involve in vendor selection, management and supervision
？后期和乙方合作确保创意概念一致性
Work with vendor to ensure creative intent is followed through.
？协助部门主管制定部门培训计划并有效的实施计划
Assists Department Head to identify training needs and develop training programme
？领导活动策划制度的发展和规章流程的操作参与及协助演艺运营手册的编写
Lead the development of Event planning policies and operation procedures
？协助制定团队组织架构，设定团队目标
Assists with setting team structure and set the direction and goals for the team
？协助团队招聘和人力相关事项
Responsible for hiring, disciplinary and appraisal matters

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/S
Bachelor Degree in either Theatre, or show producing related Field
相关专业学士学位如戏剧，或演艺策划等领域

FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

？至少5-8年以上在剧场，大型商业活动，主题公园领域从事演艺策划工作的经验
Min. 5-8 years and above experience in Theatre, Events, Themepark industry
？有演出策划经验
Experience with Producing
？有带领团队完成项目的经验
Experience with leading a team for a project
？参与项目从概念阶段到完成阶段
Worked on projects from conception to completion.
？对西方和中国艺术设计元素有深入了解和认识
In depth understanding on both Western and Chinese art aesthetics.
