RESPONSABILITIES

• Propose social media communication calendar align with marketing timeline, commercial activities and e-com activities;

• Manage Wechat/Weibo/Youku/Tencent accounts including contents development, post creation & release, update social covers, data collection & analysis

• Work closely with the graphic designer to ensure the best content and output for social media

• Communicate/check/work with digital agencies for campaign plan, execution details, post-buy analysis report

• Maintain solid media relationships with digital press and online platform

• Maintain positive relations with target leading KOLs to involve them in digital projects

• Monitor the brand exposure on social media from KOLs posting and hot topic

• Assist PR in planning and execution of digital press outreach to maximize brand exposure on digital platforms

• Maintain relation with Mall and prepare related social contents/assets to get social coverage

• Support local events in stores by engaging costumers digitally with different ideas and activation in store

• Support develop all the necessary marketing materials related to socials media channels and e-commerce in stores

• Manage the customer service part from social media and in collaboration with our internal customer service

• Support store manager for online VIPs communication

• Manage offline store devices backend platforms with regular update

REQUIREMENTS

• Digital & social media background with 1-2 years working experience in fashion companies and/or social media agencies and/or press offices and/or communication/advertising agencies

• Bachelor degree in related field

• Curiosity, versatility, organization, proactivity, problem-solving and multi-task management

• Pragmatism and spirit of enterprise

• Flexibility and motivation

• Passion for the fashion world and fashion trends

• Social media and social networks knowledge

• MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, … ) knowledge

• Excellent copy writer ability
