Position Summary

• 在OT（运营技术）和IT（信息技术）深度融合的趋势下，主要负责复杂工业自动化系统中的通讯技术研究； 应用工程理论和先进技术解决复杂问题；通过调研、掌握、整合和交付创新发明及技术成果以支持公司长期业务战略。

Under the trend of convergence of OT and IT, be mainly responsible for research work of communication technology in industrial automation and other related areas for complex industrial automation systems. Apply engineering principles and advanced technologies to solve complex problems. Investigate, acquire, integrate, and deliver innovations and technologies to support long-term business strategies of company.

Initiates the design, development, execution and implementation of scientific research projects.

Investigates the feasibility of applying scientific principles and concepts to potential inventions and products.

• 计划和开展实验室研究工作。

Plans and executes laboratory research.

• 跟踪并掌握相关领域***技术原理和理论的重要知识。

Maintains substantial knowledge of state-of-the-art principles and theories.

• 发表科技文章以及参加学术会议。

May contribute to scientific literature and conferences.

• 参与专利申请。

May participate in development of patent applications.

技能/知识/经验/教育要求

Skills/Knowledge/Experience/Education Requirements

• 具有自动化、电气、电子、计算机、机电一体化等相关工程专业硕士或博士学历，0到3年工作经验。

A Master or Ph.D. with 0 ~ 3 years’ experience in engineering, e.g. automation, electrical, electronic, computer science, mechatronics or a related discipline.

• 具有工业自动化领域有线/无线通讯技术及相关方向的知识和研发经验。

Experience in wired/wireless communication technology in industrial automation or related areas is required.

• 熟悉TCP/IP 网络编程，了解一种工业自动化领域相关通讯协议（例如EtherNet/IP, OPC UA, PROFINET, Modbus, etc.）。

Experience in TCP/IP network programming and knowledge of one communication protocol in industrial automation (e.g. EtherNet/IP, OPC UA, PROFINET, Modbus, etc.) are required.

• 具备良好的计算和编程技能（例如C/C ++, Java, Python）。

Good computational and programming skills (e.g. C/C ++, Java, Python, etc.).

• 具备工业自动化、嵌入式软硬件、工控软件等领域基本知识者优先。

General knowledge of industrial automation, state-of-art embedded hardware, embedded software, and automation software is an advantage.

• 具有工业自动化领域功能安全相关方向的知识和研发经验者优先。

Experience/knowledge of functional safety in industrial automation is preferred.

• 具有较强的动手能力和概念验证能力，包括样机设计、实现、调试、验证、总结和报告。

Strong hands-on and proof of concept capability, including prototype architectural design, implementation, debugging, verification, summarizing and reporting.

• 对新技术、新概念有热情；乐于解决复杂技术问题。

Passion for new technologies, new ideas and development of solutions to solve problems.

• 具备能胜任日常工作中的口语、阅读和写作的英语能力。

Oral, reading and writing English skills for daily work.
