岗位职责：

1.协助完善企业培训体系;

2.对员工培训需求进行调查分析，并根据企业资源、发展要求等拟定培训计划;

3.培训计划审批通过后，按照领导的要求以及计划安排企业的各项培训工作;

4.培训工作开始前，做好培训的前期准备工作，在培训过程中积极配合培训师开展培训工作;

5.培训工作结束后，负责培训效果的评估管理工作;

6.协助培训进行企业内部培训课程开发，并监督和评估培训效果，如有需要则担任培训课程的基础教学工作;

7.负责员工培训档案的管理和维护，建立员工培训档案管理体系。
