Interns will be guided by mentors from principals, educational experts and teachers with more than five years of work experience in West Mountain School "one-on-one" model.

4．根据您的课题和论文，在实习期间通过实践参与项目提供论文所需要的数据和实践机会。

According to your topics and papers, we will provide the data and practical opportunities required for the thesis through practice participation projects during the internship.

5．免费参加中国武术、足球、中文等课程，丰富课余生活，亲身体验最传统的中国文化。

Free participation in Chinese martial arts, football, Chinese language and other courses will be provided to enrich after-school life and experience the traditional Chinese cultures.

6．中国境内医疗及意外伤害保险，安全可靠。

7．免住宿费用，并参照西山学校教师标准提供实习补贴。

The accommodation is free, and we will provide internship subsidies based on the school’s teacher standards.

Excellent interns have the chance to be admitted by CFCG or West Mountain School, and become regular employees after the internship.

“点亮”计划申请条件 "Light-up" Program Application Requirement

1. 年龄在23-30岁之间，身心健康，有责任心，热衷于从事教育教学事业的毕业生（或准毕业生、准备做间隔年gap year的学生）。

The interns should be between 23 and 30, healthy in physics and mentality, responsible and eager to engage in education and teaching career graduates (or graduating students, or gap year students).

2. 有个人的教育专业的研究课题。

A research topic for an individual education major should be available.

3. 面向全球院校的教育专业类学生，在校表现良好，能提供学校开具的关于自身能力、综合素质等相关方面的证明或推荐信。

Interns, majoring in education in colleges and universities around the world and performing well in school, should provide proof or recommendation about their own ability, comprehensive quality and other related aspects.

4. 具备较强的沟通能力及语言表达能力，擅长分析和解决问题，擅长归纳和总结。

Interns need to have strong communication skills and language skills and to be good at analysis, problem solving, induction and summary.

5. 具有较强的上进心，高效严谨；团队协作和抗压能力强。

Interns should be highly motivated, highly efficient and rigorous, with strong teamwork and strong anti-compressive ability.

6. 国内实习生具备基础的英语语言能力，国外实习生具有英语表达和书写能力（或具备中文表达能力）。

Domestic interns should have basic English language skills, while foreign interns have the ability to express and write English (or Chinese expression ability).
