Undertake the routine R&D lab experimental work assigned by Research Scientist, focused on new business of Performance Materials unit in Asia including Drilling Fluid Additives, Fabric Care, Pet Care, Personal Care, Agricultural and Metalcasting. 执行研发科学家分配的实验任务，工作方向是高性能材料业务部门亚洲区域内的新项目，包括钻井泥浆添加剂、织物护理、宠物护理和个人护理方向。

Primary Duties & Responsibilities主要工作职责

• CONDUCT the experiments and lab trials assigned 执行指派的实验和车间小试

• SCALE up the lab formulation with pilot plant facility 使用试车车间设备进行实验室配方的放大实验

• MAINTAIN and UPDATE product data sheets and specifications for assigned products 维护和更新产品的数据表格和产品说明书。

• DEVELOP and PREPARE the formulation card for the samples request by the customers and run the lab trials 设计和准备客户索要样品的配方卡，进行实验室试验

• ANALYSE the competitor products assigned 分析竞争对手的产品

• WRITE the technical report in Chinese and English 撰写中英文技术报告

• PREPARE the samples requested by the business team, and organize the delivery and manage the tracking record 准备商务部门需要的样品，安排快递并做好记录。

• PROVIDE customers with technical assistance and product application help (in person and through technical reports) 为客户提供技术支持和产品使用指导（现场指导或者通过技术报告）

• ENGAGE in Operational Excellence activities 参与公司的精益管理活动

• Maintain 5S policy of lab instruments and equipment 维护实验室仪器和设备的5S政策

Education: Bachelor degree in a technical field such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or a related field. 教育水平：化学、化工、材料科学等相关专业，本科学历

• 1 - 3 years working experience, preferably in industrial products or consumer goods industry. Fresh undergraduate is acceptable 有1-3年工作经验，工业品或消费品行业优先。 优秀应届毕业生亦可
