To coordinate and manage resources to successfully find and mitigate Fire Safety or Security related daily operation risk in Wuxi Shopping Centre.

协调和管理相关的资源以发现和降低无锡购物中心日常运营中消防或安防相关的风险。

Responsibilities 岗位职责

l Support shopping centre safety and security team leader to secure operation safety in Wuxi shopping centre.

支持购物中心风控主管的工作，确保无锡购物中心的运营安全。

l Execute operational manual, procedures and systems in related to fire prevention and protection to align with Ingka Centres and China GB/local requirements.

执行与消防相关的操作手册，程序和制度，使其与英格卡购物中心、国标及当地要求保持一致。

l Take charge of supervising\implementing fire prevention and protection system maintenance\ fire management strategy， e.g., hot work permit, 3rd party annual inspection.

负责监督和执行消防系统的维护和管理制度,如动火证、第三方检测等。

l Ensure construction safety for refurbishment areas, and interface with project safety team in 2nd phase.

负责装修区域的施工安全，及项目安全团队的对接

l Response for all security and firefighting related system operation and inspection，also cover parking charge system and smart portal system management, all record need documentation and store as required.

负责安保及消防相关系统的操作及检查，包括停车收费系统和智能巡更系统管理，所有记录必须文档化并按要求存储

l Coordinate outsourcing security company to deliver training to all in house and out source Security Guards to attain service excellences, and arrange F-F training and fire drill for tenants.

协调外包保安公司所有到岗人员的培训，及了解人员相关信息，以确保保安公司的服务质量。安排租户消防演习。

l Support to fire safety annual second check, insurance company audit and related accident investigation.

支持公司消防检查工作，并对保险公司审计和相关事故调查提供支持。

l Any tasks assigned by shopping centre Safety and Security Manager/team leader.

l 购物中心风控经理/主管安排的其他工作。

Qualifications 职位要求

l Senior high school degree or above, veteran from army/fire brigade is preferred.

高中及以上学历，退伍军人优先

l 5+ years working experience and 3+ years similar role in large-scale shopping mall, hotel, public buildings.

5年以上相关经验和3年以上大型购物中心、酒店等相似经验

l Familiar with operation for CCTV and fire system, office software.

熟悉监控及消防系统和办公软件

l Qualification/certificate for fire safety or property management.

建（构）筑物消防员职业资格等级证书

l Have enough experience on emergency issues management, such as fire\crime\natural hazard\terrorist threat, etc.

具有较好的应急处置经验

l Good communication, problem analysis and solving skills;

良好的沟通和问题分析解决能力

l Serious and responsible, able to work under pressure.

Beijing LIVAT XIHONGMEN Shopping Centre
Beijing LIVAT XIHONGMEN Shopping Centre is located in Xihongmen Commercial Complex, Daxing district, covering an area of 172,000 m², aiming to establish a one-stop super regional shopping centre with international standard. The project includes IKEA as unique anchor, hypermarket, international and domestic fashion retailers, substantial restaurants & cafes, electronics, sports, cinema and other entertainment venues, with 400 carefully selected international and national brands and more than 6,500 parking spaces. The whole project covers 210,000 m2 GLA, with IKEA taking 48,000 m². It will become the top one shopping destination in Beijing in the near future.

武汉荟聚中心
武汉荟聚中心位于武汉市硚口区额头湾，距离市中心仅12公里，总占地面积达到30 万平方米，辐射约860 万当地居民，全力打造具有国际标准的一站式超区域型购物中心；周围交通方便，与轻轨直接相连，并将为顾客提供超过4,700 个停车位。该购物中心为三层封闭式一体化建筑，商业面积约172,000平方米，拥有宜家家居作为其重要的主力商户，并涵盖约400 多个国内外知名品牌，集超市、时尚、家电、运动、餐饮、娱乐影院及家居等全方位消费功能为一体。
LIVAT Centre Wuhan
LIVAT Centre Wuhan, covering a total area of 300,000 m², is located at Etouwan, Qiaokou District. It is just 12 km from Wuhan city centre, with 8.6 million local residents in the area and aimed to be a one-stop super regional shopping centre with international standard. Great convenience will be provided by a light railway station directly connected to the shopping centre and there will be more than 4,700 parking spaces. Constructed as an enclosed three-storey integrated building, the centre will feature approximately 400 international and national brands, distributed in 172,000 m² GLA on 3 levels. The project includes IKEA as unique anchor, hypermarket, international and domestic fashion retailers, substantial restaurants & cafes, electronics, sports, cinema and other entertainment venues.
