岗位职责：

1、 全英文教授3到12岁儿童；

2、 参与入职、晋级培训及教研活动，并将自己的教学经验进行传播

3、 配合学校市场招生及其他活动；

4、 开课后负责与家长沟通学员学习情况，做好家校互动；

5、 对学员的学习结果负责，解决学员在英语学习中的疑难，并提供专业的咨询和学习建议；

6、 按时召开公开课，详细了解家长对英语教育的理解和需求，帮助他们纠正错误的教育观念和教育方法，树立正确的教育观念；

7、 定期对客户进行回访，做好学员课后辅导。

8、 保质保量的完成上级交办的其他任务。

任职要求：

1. 大学本科以上学历，专业为英语，英语通过专业八级者优先考虑，优秀的英语口语以及海外留学者优先考虑；

2. 英语表述流利；英语发音标准地道；

3. 熟悉中国的教育体制，有少儿英语教学经验者优先；

4. 熟练使用Excel、Word等通用办公软件；

5. 喜欢孩子，热爱教育;善于，有较强的团队合作意识；

6. 愿意接受新的教学理念及教学方法;敢于创新，热衷钻研；

7. 积极向上并乐于助人。
