岗位职责：

1、负责与客户进行电话沟通，预约上门试听；

2、负责客户的上门接待，详细了解家长对英语教育的理解和需求，帮助他们纠正错误的教育观念和教育方法，树立正确的英语教育、和未来卓越地球公民教育的观念，帮助家长为孩子做好正确的人生抉择！

3、在充分了解孩子的英语学习基础的前提下，为孩子选择恰当的学习阶段；

4、完成个人销售任务，达成良好的销售业绩；

5、保质保量的完成上级交办的其他任务。

任职要求：

1、普通话标准，表达能力强，善于思考和提问；

2、需要具备勤奋坚韧的性格；

3、需要具备良好的个人修养和形象气质；

4、大专及以上学历（英语专业，有销售、英语教学等工作经验者优先）；

5、有较强的沟通能力和良好的团队合作精神；

6、为人踏实稳重，有服务意识、能够承受较强的工作压力；

7、诚实正直并具有良好职业道德；

8、熟练操作Windows 办公软件，例如： Word、PPT、Excel等各种软件的操作。
