Job Description
POSITION: Project Manager (Event Manager)

项目经理(活动策划经理)



RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborating to the achievement of general objectives of profit and production defined by the Head of Operation.

协助并完成运营总监所制定的利润和项目总目标;

  • Exercising the powers of management that have been assigned, operating in compliance with the received aims and plans and the approved policy and business procedures.

运用被授予的管理权力,达到指定目标和计划以及公司政策和商业流程;

  • Overseeing the operational activities of the assigned HR.

监督分配的经营事项;

  • Monitoring the profitability of the EO (economical offers and final budgets), according to directions from the Head of Operation and/or Managing Director.

根据运营总监和总经理的指导,监测前期报价和最终预算的利润率;

  • Overseeing project budgets to be submitted to the clients and pre-approved by the head of Operation.

监督客户的项目预算,在提交给客户之前需通过运营总监审核;

  • Manage client communication and ensure client satisfaction.

管理客户交流确保客户满意度;

  • Optimizing and enhancing the existing supplier base in order to improve margins and profitability (Entertainers, catering companies etc.)

优化并扩大现有供应商资源,以提高利润率并增加收益(演艺人员和承办酒会公司等);

  • Supervising and confirming project supplies.

管理并确认项目供应商;

  • Reporting to the Head of Operation all deviations in economic production. This process should be overseen, verified and controlled in economic (estimate) and quality (operational) terms.

若预算出现任何偏离需及时向运营总监汇报,这一过程需要提前注意、证实并控制,并确保活动质量

  • Preparation and completion of new projects proposal from the concept to the final presentation.

新项目方案策划和完成,包括方案概念到最终定稿方案;

  • Designers and Creative Department coordination.

设计师与创新部门的协调;

  • Planning the logistics and coordinating the technical aspects before during and after the execution of the projects.

计划活动中的人员交通和物流,在活动前,活动中和活动后需协调并解决技术问题;

  • Overlook all event operations (Supervising all staff, caterers, security, etc.)?and to Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.

检查所有项目运营(监督所有员工,酒会承办人,安保等)确保项目顺利运营,处理所有可能突发状况;

  • Perform other duties conferred on her by the Head of Operation or the Managing Director.

执行运营总监和总经理交办的其他工作职责;


SELECTION CRITERIA:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree?

本科及上学历

  • At least 4 years of proven experience as an event project manager?

至少4年以上相关活动策划项目经理相关经验

  • Native Chinese speaker fluent in English (oral and written)?

普通话流利,英语口语与书面良好

  • Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office?

办公自动化软件熟练

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability?

良好的沟通技巧以及谈判能力

  • Excellent organizational skills?

良好的人际沟通技巧

  • A knack for problem-solving, fast thinker?

良好的问题处理能力,头脑敏捷

  • A team player with a positive and energetic attitude?

良好的团队精神,积极向上充满热情的态度

  • Pool of vendors (Photographers, MC’s, bands, set up, AV, caterings, digital services agencies etc.)

有供应商资源比如(Photographers, MC’s, bands, set up, AV, caterings, digital services agencies 等)
