Roles and Accountabilities （岗位职责）

The Shipping Engineer shall clearly understands the shipping obligations under LNG Supply contracts and LNG Ship Chartering contracts; assure the appropriate execution of all contracts. 船运工程师应熟悉液化天然气供应合同及租船合同项下船运有关的职责。

Principal Activities （主要工作）

• Monitor and support to the safe operation of LNG transportation, keep closely communication with the ship masters on the Voyage Order and schedule update, follow up with ship repair plan and incidents.

  监督液化天然气运输中的安全操作，与船长保持密切联系及沟通，及时更新航次命令，跟进船舶维修计划及事件




• Implement ship vetting to ensure the ship shore compatibility, conduct site inspection on board as required to protect the company’s interest.

  执行船舶审核，确保船岸匹配，根据需要对船舶进行登船检查




• Monitor ship’s movement, conduct the statistic and analysis for ship’s particular and performance information.

  监督船舶运行，对船舶数据及性能指标进行统计分析




• Assist to establish, maintain, and revise the related shipping policy and procedure.

  协助建立，维护及修改相关的船运制度及程序




• Implement the related report system for LNG transportation.

  完成LNG运输相关报告




• Other shipping technical issues as required.

  其他相关的船运技术问题的处理

• Keep desk and surrounding area clean and free from potential hazards

• Ensure visitors you are responsible for sign-in at the front desk and provide them with a brief safety induction i.e., what to do in an emergency or if they need help.

  负责自己的访客在办公室的安全事项，如前台登记、简短的安全介绍、在紧急状态下提供必要的协助等

  Competencies and Experience （能力与经验）

• Good command of written and spoken English.

  良好的英语读写能力




• Highly detail oriented and organized, having a sense of urgency, and good follow-through.

  缜密的组织能力，对紧急事件的敏感及响应能力、良好的持续跟进能力




• Be familiar with ship’s certificates, equipment, ship inspection, maintenance and repairs, especially in ship management regarding dry docking, bunkers, stores and spare parts management.

  熟悉船舶证书、设备、船舶检查、维护及修理工作，特别是船舶坞修、加油、备件及物料管理等




• Be familiar with the related regulation of local port, port authorities, industrial organization and international convention.

  熟悉港口规章制度、港口主管机关、行业组织及国际公约对LNG运输的相关规定




• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills.

  具有良好的人际沟通及时间管理技能

  
  

  Work Experience（工作经验）

• Minimum 3 years experience, in seafaring, ship survey and ship management would be advantage.

  最少3年航运从业经验，具有海上运输、船舶检验及船舶管理经验优先

  
  

  Education Background（教育背景）

• Bachelor degree or above in Navigation, Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture Engineering.

  航海技术、轮机工程或造船本科以上学历
