Description
1,Professional welcome guest reception ?
2,Guests’ agenda & database monthly update management ?
3,Handle and transfer all incoming telephone calls to the proper individual or provide information and/or take messages, whenever the situation is deemed necessary ?
4,Coordinate with vendors and building property management office for small repair issues such as air condition system problem, door lock problem or similar ?
5,Coordinate with office maids for office cleaning and other related tasks ?
6,Meeting rooms booking arrangement & meeting room daily check-up accord to standard ?
7,Meeting rooms facility checking & setup before each meeting upon user’s requirement. ?
8,Main coordinator on employee business travel ticket/hotel booking/ Travel Insurance document. Strictly follow company updated travel policy and approval/ operation/financial review process. ?
9,Responsible for company pool car booking and restaurant including team buildings activities ?
10,Managing access control system/cards ?
11,Controlling and managing daily delivery status of materials and orders receipt ?
12,Coordinate on any other soft service request and resource offering within the role
