留学规划专家-英语系国家(Overseas Study Planning Expert-English Countries)

岗位职责：

1、维护客户资源，提供专业留学规划服务及专家性建议，与客户建立良好的合作服务关系；

2、深入挖掘客户学习情况、留学意向、家庭背景等综合信息；

3、规划制定留学国家、院校、专业方案，形成清晰的规划报告和指引；

4、与签证顾问团队及文书团队保持紧密沟通，并实时跟踪管理留学申请流程；

5、与客户长期沟通，实时调整、优化留学申请方案；

6、参与公司各项大型学术活动，为公司市场资源提供专业信息支持；

7、持续自我学习与提升，了解留学政策、院校、专业设置信息，更新专业知识体系；

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，专业不限，英语4级或以上，有较良好的英文阅读能力；

2、较强的学习能力和优秀的沟通能力，有一定的销售经验，能够快速掌握留学相关专业知识；

3、具有优秀的职业素养和服务意识，能够承受较大的工作压力；

4、具有很强的客户服务意识、责任感和高度的工作热情；

5、了解美洲、澳洲等地区国家文化、教育体制、社会制度，熟悉美洲、澳洲等地区国家高中、本科、硕士入学要求和专业信息，

6、有名校留学经历或留学行业工作经验优先。

Responsibilities:

1.Maintain customer resources; provide professional service and expert advice foroverseas study plan. Keep a good relationship with all students and parents.

2.Dig student’s academic study, intention and family background.

3.Formulate professional study plan, the country and school for overseas studyand form the clear planning report and guidance.

4.Keep close contact with visa consulting team and essay writing team; conductfollow-up for the application process.

5.Maintain a long-term communication with clients, adjust and optimize theapplication plan.

6.Participate in various large-scale academic activities and provide informationsupport for marketing resources of the company.

7.Insist in self-learning and self-improvement. Learn study-abroad policy,school, specialties and update study-abroad knowledge system.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree or above, unlimited specialty, CET 4 or above, good Englishreading ability.

2. Stronglearning ability and excellent communicating ability; have some experience insales and be able to grasp relevant study-abroad knowledge.

3.Outstanding professional quality and service awareness; willing to work under highpressure.

4.Good sense of customer service, responsibility and passion.

5. Have agood understanding of American and Australian culture, education system, socialsystem; get familiar with high school, undergraduate and graduate admissionrequirement and specialty information of America and Australia.

6.Rich experience in elite school application and overseas work educationexperience will be priority.
