岗位描述：

1、根据公司下达的任务，制定并完成月、季度、年销售计划。

2、指导教务主任、销售主管，开展好教学、销售、跟踪服务等工作。

3、中心校长负责校区销售指标分配、销售进度跟踪、销售人员培训提升等。

4、人员管理，如中心架构规划、人员培训与发展、人员绩效评估、人员晋升管理、中心梯队建设。

5、树立成本意识，规范使用中心费用，为公司节约成本；

6、依据市场变化，在中心附近配合市场部开展有效市场活动，推动销售工作。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历；

2、性格开朗，有责任心、爱心和亲和力，热爱教育事业，有团队协作精神；

3、3年以上教育培训行业销售工作经验（包括2年以上管理经验），有丰富的市场营销、销售和管理经验；

4、有良好的沟通技巧、学习能力，销售能力以及组织管理能力；

5、能够在压力下胜任多项任务，能带领团队完成销售任务；
