Job Description

Responsibilities


1、Develop PG investment principle & Daily operation guideline;

2、PG stores OSI tracking, competitors' information collection and opportunity analysis;

3、Co-work with MKT team to initiate PG Standard Q&A list and Initiate PG execution contest via. efficient score card;


4、Promoter Training or field coaching on Kelsen Brand Communication and In-store DMPP;

5、Summarize market report and propose PG stores action plan;

6、Specific GP new product(1.3kg) launch KPI & Resource,aunch pipeline monitoring and Investment efficiency

analysis;

7、Responsible for GP promotion material allocation (combination and POSM), on-site tracking/monitoring and

promotion evaluation;

Requirements

1、At least collage Degree;

2、+ 3~5years solid experience in Promoter management & Trade marketing ;

3、Solid experiences in promoter training &promoter agency management;

4、Effective Communicator;

5、Problem solver;

6、Data mining with good analytical skills;

7、Communication and influencing skills;
