• Analysis the order Vs. stocks to revise / update the forecast
• Working closely with the sales team to define the sales needs and filling orders to Brand
• Following up the order’s status with the Brand
• Co-ordinating with forwarding agent and following up the transportation
• Co-ordinating with HK warehouse & forwarding agent for new orders
• Following up and co-ordinating the payment status (PO/ Forwarding fees)
• Monitoring online platforms selling pricing Vs. our RSP and make comments to the Brand
• Monthly marketing report regarding the KOL campaign and distribution developing status
• Translating the new products files/ Brand / products related files and news to deliver to the sales team
• Contacting and following thru ongoing sales operation subjects with the Brand
• Monitoring the Taobao Dapan indext to make recommendation to the management
• Following up the new products registration status
• Accomplishing ad hoc work assigned by the management

Requirement:

• Experienced in Trade Marketing
• Interested in cosmetics/makeup products
• Can work independently and quickly hands-on
• Familiar / good knowledge of Cross-border business
• Strong at figures and analysis ability
• Good skills in Excel / PPT/ Word
• Good command of English in writing and speaking
• Comfortable in working in international environment
