• Select the new factory equipment based on process needs

• Mechanical design review for the new equipment

• Equipment include ingredient preparation, koji making, fermentation, pressing, blending and packing related

• Inspect equipment mechanical installation on site

• Lead equipment acceptance and hand over

• Support equipment delivery on scope, quality, budget and schedule

• Sufficient experience in food equipment

• Familiar with CAD drawings and be good at drawing inspection

• Familiar with supply chain operation

• Strong in cross- function communication

• 5 years related working experience

• Engineering background, mechanical preferred

• Fluent in English as working language
