岗位职责：

1、负责接受到访客户的咨询，提供专业的艺术课程咨询指导，根据客户要求制定学习计划；

2、建立和完善潜在客户或学员的数据库，并积极开发内外部资源；

3、努力完成销售任务，并敢于超越；

4、与学员建立良好的关系，确保学员完成学习目标，提高学员满意度；

5、及时发现并有效解决学员各类困难或异议，提高学员忠诚度；

6、以团队利益为重，配合中心团队工作，实现个人与团队价值的共同提升；

7、保持专业精神和职业操守，提升杨梅红品牌价值。

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历，熟练操作Office软件，Word等办公软件；

2、 具备一年以上销售工作经验，具有顾问式销售经验，有同类机构从业经验者优先考虑；

3、 良好的形象气质及亲和力，具备较强的自信心和进取心，学习意愿强；

4、 良好的沟通协调能力、洞察力强并能了解客户的真实想法；

5、 吃苦耐劳，有责任心及团队协作意识，诚实敬业。
