通过公司系统的培训及专业的考核后，使得实习生能及时胜任医学信息沟通代表的工作，满足快速发展的业务需要。

主要责任：

职责详述:

通过参加E-Learning及面对面授课，完成产品知识、专业推广技巧、区域管理的培训及考核，同时通过导师及地区经理的行为纪律评分

了解公司文化，掌握公司合规政策，SOP及推广活动的相关行为规范

在导师或地区经理的陪同下，拜访客户，准确传递产品信息

收集市场信息，按时提交相关报告

参与所在团队的周会或月会

协助团队及同事完成其他与产品推广相关的工作

教育背景 :

全国统招本科或以上学历，医药、药学及相关专业优先

主要技能 :

• 优秀的沟通、分析和协调能力
• 具有良好的团队合作精神和个人影响力
