Job Description

职位:EHS主管

Plan and organize to push company EHS work:

1. Building and update company EHS team;

2. Setting annual EHS KPI;

3. Develop and update EHS related rules and regulations;

4. Organize EHS related special training;

5. Audit and review each dept. EHS performance


Building and maintain ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 management system:

1. Organize management review and internal audit, response to external audit and follow up improvement actions;

2. EHS system related documents developing and update;

3. Identify and evaluate EHS hazard factors, and EHS laws and rugulations compliance evaluation.


Lead EHS team to push related EHS work:

1. WPS 2.0 EHS requirements compliance management;

2. Firefighting management;3. Occupational health management;

4. Environment protection management;

5. EHS Audit in change management;

5. Chemial EHS management ;6. EHS accident management;

7. Contractor EHS management;

8. Internal/external monitoring and measurement.


EHS Response:

1. Response to EHS Bureau audit

2. Response to Customer audit

3. Response to Webasto CN audit

Responsible for the parts, product and process related product safety under control, and follow the findings of PSR line walk.


1. Bachelor degree in EHS field

2. National Safety Engineer Certificate

3. At least 5 years EHS working experience

4. Ability to analyze, prioritize and organize

5. Experienced in translate EHS material and articles (such as MSDS,

life safety and bldg. code, environmental regulations, .)

6. Familiar with the EHS database system, Tracer System and EHS compliance audit process
