1. Identify and Lead Technical Projects

Proactively identify, evaluate, implement technologies and lead technical projects to improve the scalability, cost, availability, and performance of systems, and IT processes. Install and configure Server devices and hardware under the direction of the relevant supervisor to support business IT initiatives.

2. Policy, Procedure and Disaster Recovery Maintenance

Direct Server team in following the consistent procedures, policies, and infrastructure deployment which is aligned to our strategy and the overall business needs. Follow IT policies and procedures and provide recommendations to improve policies and procedures, to ensure compliance with overall IT, Information Security, and business standards.

Manages the Jinan DR systems and hardware; Responsible for first-line of IT recovery in the event of a system failover to Jinan, ensure smooth operation of them. Develop procedures to respond to the incidents and BCP events.

流程、策略及DR预案的维护

指导并带领Server Team制定并执行与公司战略和整体业务需求一致的流程，策略及IT基础架构部署；遵守并执行相应的IT，安全及业务规范及标准。

管理设立在济南的灾备系统；负责相应灾备恢复需求；通过设立相应的BCP及意外宕预案确保业务的可持续运转

3. Customer Support & Troubleshooting

Troubleshoot Server and other escalated support requests, and coordinate with other IT team employees to ensure quick resolution of support issues. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize downtime and increase proactive response. Oversee Server Team support meets SLA.

技术支持及排错

带领Server Team,协同其他IT team 解决Server 以及上报的问题；通过积极的相应措施，减少Server的宕机时间；同时，带领Server Team满足相应的SLA.

4. Training & Knowledge Management

Provide training and technical support for users and IT Employees with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence by sharing experience and knowledge. Contribute to knowledge management system and document solutions to advanced technical issues.

培训与知识库管理

通过组织并提供相应的技术支持培训,经验及知识的分享等手段，提升团队的及时水平，以适应未来业务发展的需要；通过撰写并记录相应的技术难题及解决方案，完善并丰富公式的软件资产及知识库系统

Qualification:

• Minimum 6 years experience in IT related work
• Experience successfully completing a 6 month or greater IT project
• Multinational corporation leader experience is preferred
• Experience administering server devices on a medium-sized Company (>20 Servers) is preferred.
