Line Manager: Senior Private Doctor

岗位职责：

Job Description:

1. 积极配合上级医生维护客户关系，深入了解客户的健康医疗需求。

Cooperate with supervisor in maintaining relationships with clients by thoroughly understanding their healthcare needs.

2. 对客户进行初级健康监测、分析、评估以及健康咨询与指导，与上级医生共同制定健康管理干预方案。

Provide health screening, monitoring, analysis, evaluation, consultation and guidance. Work with senior private doctor for the heath management plan designing.

3. 积极配合实现以客户家庭为单位的主动型健康管理服务流程精准顺利进行并提供详细咨询和解读。

Provide active cooperation to achieve precise and smooth execution of family based proactive health management procedures with their details transmission and by comprehensive consultation with clients.

4. 接听客户的健康医疗需求咨询电话，对病情进行解释；提供现场及上门医疗咨询及应急处置服务，关注客户健康需求。

Respond to service calls from clients for consultation. Provide onsite and door-to-door medical consultation and first-aid service. Pay close attention to clients’ healthcare needs.

5. 协助上级医生完成院内专科及多学科会诊、院外第三方会诊的或国际转会诊的对接。

Coordinate with senior private doctor for MDT (Multiple Disciplinary Team) consultations, second opinion consultations and international referrals.

6. 制定科普健康讲座计划，协助团队落实完成。

Plan and execute client seminars and events with team support.

任职资格：

Qualifications:

职业资格：拥有所在国籍国家认证且颁发的行医执照。

Professional qualification: Applicant must hold medical license certified by his or her home country.

行业经验： 30~40岁，在美英等国大型医疗机构或中国三甲医院内，从事全科、内科、外

科、儿科、妇科、运动医学科等临床医学专业5年以上。

Industry experience: 30 ~ 40 years old and have more than 5 years working experience in American or British large medical institutions or in first-tier hospitals in China with specializations in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Surgery or Pediatrics.

学历及职称要求：临床医学硕士研究生及以上学历，高年资主治或副高以上职称。

Educational background: Master’s degree or above in Clinical Medicine.

学习能力：善于学习，不断更新医学知识和技术。

Learning capability: Candidate must be a quick and efficient learner able to keep up with the most recent medical knowledge and technology at home and abroad.

综合能力：具备良好的人际关系、亲和力；可熟练运用英语与海外医生医疗机构交流为佳。

Comprehensive ability: Candidate should process good interpersonal relationship skills and affinity quality. English communication proficiency preferred, able to communicate with overseas physicians and medical institutes.

薪资福利：

Compensation and Benefits:

1. 您的薪酬由以下两个部分组成：

Compensation will mainly consist of the following two parts:

① 月薪：高于本地市场平均值30%以上。

Monthly salary: 30% higher than the market average.

② 年终奖金：根据预设的考核标准（如医疗合伙人评价、360度评价等，无与个人销售任务指标）而定的高比例年终奖金（约占总年收入20%~40%）。

Annual bonus: ranging from 20% to 40% of your annual salary, your annual bonus will be determined by set criteria of our evaluation system, which includes feedback from the senior private doctor and other assessments to allow a full and comprehensive evaluation of your work. You will not be assigned with a revenue target.

Clear defined career development path: you will be promoted to the senior private doctor if well evaluated in the clinics.
