Position Summary

? 主要负责工业自动化领域的先进技术研究工作； 应用工程理论和先进技术解决复杂问题；通过调研、掌握、整合和交付创新发明及技术成果以支持公司长期业务战略。

Be mainly responsible for research work of advanced technologies in industrial automation system. Apply engineering principles and advanced technologies to solve complex problems. Investigate, acquire, integrate, and deliver innovations and technologies to support long-term business strategies of company.

主要职责

Key Responsibilities

? 负责工业自动化领域研究项目的设计、开发、执行和实现。

Initiates the design, development, execution and implementation of research projects in industrial automation field.

? 跟踪并掌握相关领域***和概念，研究将其应用于创新发明和产品的可行性。

Tracks and masters the leading technologies and new concepts in industrial automation; investigates the feasibility of applying the leading technologies and concepts in potential inventions and products.

? 计划和开展实验室研究工作。

Plans and executes laboratory research.

? 发表科技文章以及参加学术会议。

May contribute to scientific literature and conferences.

? 参与专利申请。

May participate in development of patent applications.

? 协调跨部门活动和研究任务。

May coordinate interdepartmental activities and research efforts.

技能/知识/经验/教育要求

Skills/Knowledge/Experience/Education Requirements

? 须具有自动化、电气、电子、计算机、机电一体化等相关工程专业硕士学历加至少3年工作经历或博士学历(优先)。

A Master with 3+ years’ experience or Ph.D. (preferred) in engineering, e.g. automation, electric, electronic, computer science, mechatronics or a related disciplines.

? 须具备在工业自动化相关领域，如工业通信、网络安全、嵌入式软硬件、工控软件、数据分析和建摸、控制算法、故障诊断及功能安全等一个或多个方向的技术研究经验。

Technology research experience in one or more areas in industrial automation (e.g. industrial communications, cyber-security, state-of-art embedded hardware and software, industrial software, data analytics and modeling, control algorithm, diagnostics, and functional safety, etc.) is required.

? 须具备良好的计算、统计、建模分析和编程技能（例如Matlab, MathCad, C/C ++, Java, Python 等）。

Good computational, statistical and analytical skills, and programming skills (e.g. Matlab, MathCad, C/C ++, Java, Python, etc.).

? 具有较强的动手能力和概念验证能力，包括样机设计、实现、调试、验证、总结和报告。

Strong hands-on and proof of concept capability, including prototype architectural design, implementation, debugging, verification, summarizing and reporting.

? 对新技术、新概念有热情；乐于解决复杂技术问题。

Passion for new technologies, new ideas and development of solutions to solve problems.

? 具备能胜任日常工作中的口语、阅读和写作的英语能力。

Oral, reading and writing English skills for daily work.
