1. Implement and maintain BMC (baseboard management controller) firmware.
2. Co-work with other team members to fix software or hardware problems.
3. Discuss issue/requirement with customers.

2. Experienced with Linux kernel and driver modification.
3. Experienced with ARM based embedded controller firmware design.
4. Familiar with C/C++, Java, python programming languages.
5. Familiar with REST/JSON/HTML5 programming.
6. Good at English communication reading/writing and speaking.
