General 概述

Responsibility for shopping centre HVAC system operation, repair, maintenance and daily operation work. Management and supervision outsourcing correct and efficient implementation of reliable and economical operation and maintenance services, ensure the normal operation of shopping centre.

负责购物中心暖通系统运行维修保养，管理和监督暖通系统外包方执行正确的高效的可靠的且经济的运营和维护服务，保障购物中心的正常运营。

Specific 工作范围

Ensure air conditional equipment normal operation, ensure reaching 100% satisfied guests.

确保空调设备的正常运行，保证购物中心正常经营，达到客人100%满意。

Implement air condition room management and standard of operation, ensure safe operation.

执行空调机房的管理，及操作标准，保证运行安全。

Regular equipment maintenance.

对购物中心设备定期进行保养维护。

Strictly control energy use and energy conservation work.

应严格控制能源使用，做好一切节能工作。

Study technology, familiar grasp repair and maintenance technical indicators. Timely complete work for future purpose.

努力学习，熟悉和掌握本工种所管辖维修及保养等各项技术标准，对以后工作能迅速优质完成。

Responsibility for shopping centre chiller, auxiliary, fan water pipeline system operation, monitoring, running records, maintenance and inspection work.

负责购物中心中央空调主机、辅机、风水管路系统的操作、监控、运行记录、维修保养和日常安全巡查等工作。

High efficiency, high quality complete task, requirements, alteration, repair work assigned by superiors.

高效率、高质量完成上级及客人要求制作、改造、维修工作，完成上级交办的工作。

Assist management the contractor on site work.

严格执行巡检和交接班制度。

Assist management the contractor on site work.

协助管理外包公司的现场工作。

Implement company environmental policy, energy saving policy. Strengthen the consciousness of environmental protection.

Qualifications任职资质

With air conditional, chiller system maintenance, operation and testing commission experience is prefer.

具有空调系统，制冷机组，维护调试运行工作经验。

Degree of high school or secondary education. Degree of college was preferred. Three years HVAC work experience is required, air conditioning and refrigeration certificate is required. Electrical certificate is preferred.

最低高中、中专学历，HVAC工作经验为两年以上。***学历：大专，HVAC工作经验为三年以上。

具有空调制冷上岗证。如持有电工证，优先录用。

Good plan and team cooperation, organization and implement ability.

具备计划实施能力，团队协作能力，组织协调能力。

Can accept shift schedule, shift working time are 12 hours.

可以接受倒班，每班工作时间为12小时。
