Overall Aim of the Job (Mission):

Secure the safety & security of shopping centre during daily operation through finding and mitigating the fire and other S&S related risks via daily management, rule implementation, and resource coordination.

Responsibilities

n Support safety & security manager to secure the life safety of co-workers, customers, tenants and prevent any loss to SC’s properties.

n Support safety & security manager to deploy and prepare Sec-Check and IKEA Blue audit, ensure the results achieve management’s expectation via training, check and rectification action.

n Ensure a safe, stable and efficient daily operation on both fire / security systems and S&S staffs in control centre via training, daily management, check and cooperation with relevant depts / local authorities.

n Perfect the S&S staffs in control centre on the function / operation skills for fire system, security systems and emergency processes.

n Manage and ensure a high quality documentation work related to safety & security.

n Daily safety & security missions including but not limited to access card management, keys management, equipment management, lost & found, internal affairs, etc.

n Any tasks assigned by safety & security manager.

Qualifications

n College degree or above, veteran from army / fire brigade is preferred.

n 8+ years working experience and 3+ years similar role in large-scale shopping mall, hotel, public buildings.

n Professional qualification / certificate for fire safety or property management.

n Be familiar with the knowledge / operation skills of fire system, intrusion alarm system, access control system and CCTV system, etc.

n Rich experience on emergency response, such as fire, personal injury, crime, natural hazard and terror attack, etc.

n Be familiar with the knowledge / operation skills of Microsoft Office software, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

n Good skills on communication as well as analysing / solving problems.

n Be earnest and responsible in the work, be able to work under pressure.

n Basic English skills on written and verbal.
