工作职责：

1、执行公司的政策、策略、制度、完成管辖内整体生意指标

2、管理经销商，并能指定经销商生意发展策略，定期回顾并修正行动计划

3、销售代表的业务指导与检查、控制、监督销售流程，确保销售业务按计划、程序顺利进行

4、维护当地重点客户的客情，并定期参加生意回顾

5、定期向上级领导提交业务分析报告（客户分析、销售策略效果与建议等）

6、发掘各城市的潜力区域、渠道、品类生意

7、负责销量预测及区域整体目标达成

8、向管理层提供政策建议，推动区域人员培训，以及管理工具的开发及运用

9、部门负责人交代的其它工作

10、根据公司业务发展需要及区域市场特点，制定产品销售策略及业务拓展计划；
11、负责区域客户关系的开发与维护，发掘新客户，组织执行销售策略，实现本区域的市场占有率和销售目标；
12、建立顺畅的客户沟通渠道，主持客户的业务谈判及成交，落实客户货款的回收，创建长期、良好、稳固的区域客户关系；
13、确保销售业绩的达成与销售费用的合理分配与控制；
14、根据公司的长远发展需要，组织开展销售团队建设，负责团队目标绩效管理，支持销售目标的达成。

1、全日制大专及以上学历

2、具有5年以上的销售经验，有母婴产品类的最好

3、具有3年以上的经销商、团队管理经验

4、有创新意识，勇于进取，敢于开拓

5、有优秀的沟通协调能力，能承受一定的工作压力
