Ensure the daily usage of TBS standards.

4. 通过车间改进活动，向工厂员工传授知识，分享经验。开展CI相关的培训。

Impart knowledge and share experience among plant colleagues through improving activities on the shopfloor. Provide CI training and coaching at all levels of the Plant.

5. 参与工厂成本关键指标制定及每月追踪。

Participate in setting Plant KPI and tracking work in each month.

6. 完成年度FF审核、行动计划追踪以及现场审核。

Complete FF annual audit, follow action plan and shopfloor audit.

7. 完善工厂布局并优化。

Improve the plant layout and optimize it.

Responsible for plant 5S to improve overall status.
