基本工作职能: Job Responsibility

Launch products (including improvements and new products):

  • Developing a schedule
  • Designing products: for own management or with the support of the

CYD

Expertise centre depending on the type of project

  • Formulating
  • Modelling from the lab to industrialisation phases
  • Evaluating the technical-economic aspects of designs
  • Taking into account purchasing, industrial, quality, regulatory

aspects

  • Validating designs to project teams and consumers
  • Characterising designs
  • Formalising formulas and processes (SAP)
  • Industrialisation:
  • Implementing and monitoring industrialisation tests to the use-by-date
  • Drafting launch recommendations for development aspects
  • Transferring know-how to industrialists before launches
  • Follow-up and launch follow-up report
  • Provide technical support to related departments like production

trouble–shooting and quality/safety issues

Draft product and process specifications (R&D deliverable summary)

  • Defining technological targets and tolerances
  • Defining production processes and their critical points
  • Distributing to the Plant Quality Assurance Manager after

validation by process stakeholders

R&D activity reporting

  • Planning: Regularly updating schedules
  • Drafting monthly project reviews

Develop R&D expertise and competitiveness

  • Monitoring
  • Establishing scientific advisors
  • Participating in innovation processes
  • Contributing to the development of:
  • New technologies and new processes
  • Technical knowledge of defined strategic issues

教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request

Product / Process R&D:

l Education

Bachelor or above in Food Science, food science and technology/engineering

or the relevant fields. Doctor degree is preferred.

l Experience

Above 3 years of R&D experience in the dairy industry or beverage

industry for product or process development roles.

Experience in new product development and project management. Experience in

dairy industry will be a plus.

Pilot plant and production facility experience.

Experience using statistical methods and design of experiments.

l Skills & Competency

Knowledgeable of milk and milk ingredient

Knowledgeable of yogurt formulation and process

Knowledgeable of culture and dairy fermentation

Be result oriented

Ability to work effectively in team-based environment with multiple

functional groups.

Influence and impact (strives for and achieves impact on others, to

convince or influence)

Willing to learn and work under pressure

Be passionate, proactive and self-motivated

Buy in to the company objectives: understand how personal objectives fit
