Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, disciplined, motivated, and ambitious manager, who is willing to learn, to support us for an automotive project with our final client FAW-VOLKSWAGEN.

We are leaders in the industrial automotive sector with current offices and personnel in Portugal, Germany, Mexico and China. Recently, we are having a spur of high growth in the last few years.

岗位职责：

1. 与客户进行会谈，准确理解客户需求，合理引导，提高客户的满意度，维护客户关系；

2. 进行合理的资源和基础设施管理，确保项目的正常进行；

3. 负责与客户协调，确保INTROSYS的合作伙伴在其办公环境中有良好的工作条件；

4. 对团队成员制定明确及有挑战性的目标，监督成员完成任务；

5. 个人价值观与INTROSYS相契合，有强烈的企业使命感；

6. 参与团队成员的绩效评估；

7. 监管项目的各项指标，与客户保持紧密联系，并及时向其告知项目进程；

8. 及时在公司服务器上更新项目进程；

9. 控制项目成本开支；

10. 与各部门协调沟通收集必要文件信息；

11. 向人力资源部门报备项目的资源分配；

12. 负责团队的通勤（包括酒店、航班、交通工具等），并统筹合作方在项目过程中的交通事宜。

Summary of Responsibilities

1.Participate in meetings with the client and position oneself to become a real associate with the goal of “repeat business”.

2. Efficiently secure the resources and infrastructure for project completion.

3. Guarantee appropriate work conditions for INTROSYS’s collaborators in client’s installations.

4.Establish challenging and clear expectations for team members to motivate and transform them into responsible people with goals.

5. Lead according to the mission and values of INTROSYS.

6. Evaluate the work performance of related team members.

7. Monitor objectives completion of the project and inform the client when necessary.

8. Guarantee information updates of the project in company servers.

9. Control project-related invoicing.

10. Request every necessary documentation from diverse support areas.

11. Inform the HR Department about the assigned resources for projects that one is responsible for.

12.Ensure the logistics of the team (hotels, flights, transportation) and guarantee the transportation of the collaborators in project’s sites.

岗位要求：

1. 大学本科及以上，机电或电子专业优先；

2. 拥有两年及以上项目经理的工作经验；

3. 语言要求：中文和英语，会德语优先；

4. 工作态度积极、自律、有上进心、有志向并且好学；

5. 有计划在公司进行长期发展，需要出差到葡萄牙进行入职培训

Requirements

Education: Bachelor degree or higher, preference to mechanical / electrical engineering qualifications

Work Experience: Two years as a project manager

Languages: Chinese and English; German is not required but preferred

Aptitude: Proactive, disciplined, motivated, ambitious, restless and willing to learn

Has career plans in the company. A training period in Portugal is included.

工作详情：

1. 工作时间：周一至周五上午8:00至下午5:00，其中午休时间为一小时， 每周工作时间为40小时；

2. 工作地点：天津宁河区；

3. 薪酬福利：12000-15000，具体根据个人能力而定；

4. 社会保障：购买五险一金；

5. 假期福利：国家法定节假日；

6. 劳动合同暂定为期一年，试用期为1个月。

Conditions

1.Working Time: Work from Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 to 17:00 with a one hour gap to lunch - 40 hours per week.

2.Location: Tianjin, Ninghe District - FAW VOLKSWAGEN TIANJIN Installations

3.Salary: approximately 12000 to 15000 RMB

4.Holidays and the rest of conditions are according to the Chinese labor laws

5.Contract period: initial 1 year with 1 month probationary period
