工料测量师及高级测量师(Quantity Surveyor, QS / SQS)

1. 工程造价、工程管理、建筑经济、土木工程或工民建、给排水、建筑电气、机电一体化、暖通或建筑设备等之工程建筑类专业

Majored in construction cost, engineering management, construction economy, civil work or industries & residential construction, plumbing and drainage, building electric, mechanic & electric integration, HVAC and building equipment and similar

2. 熟悉定额及工程量清单计价规范

Be familiar with fixed-rate and bills of quantities measure standard

3. 了解建筑工程施工规范及图集

Know construction code and standard details drawing

4. 熟练广联达钢筋、图形计算及计价软件，或类似软件

Skilled in steel bar, concrete and valuation of GLD software or similar soft

5. 传统外资测量师行工作经验者优先；英文熟练者优先

Be prior for the QS who worked in traditional overseas QS firm and who is proficient in English
