We are a design and manufacturing agency. We handle the sourcing, development, and bulk production of ready-to-wear garments for European Fashion Houses. We are specialized in outerwear and high-end women swear (fancy light wovens). Our added value lies in fabric sourcing and development. We continuously source and develop materials to propose to our clients in Amsterdam, Antwerp and Paris.

Now we want to improve our added value by hiring a full-time or part-time intern for fabric sourcing department.

目前我司急需一名优秀的实习生，主要负责辅助采购开发部门（风衣外套和轻薄梭织面料系列）。




JOB DUTIES（工作职责）

1. Daily follow up of product development and production with garment factories as well as WMB-Amsterdam office.

日常跟进产品的开发和生产以及荷兰总部交办的工作。

2. ·Checking express parcels in time every day.

及时查收办公室的日常快递包裹并在分类后通知相关的同事处理.

3. ·Follow up and tidy fabric in time.

跟进整理面料.

4. Assuring good quality products: checking samples on conformity and quality of making.

商品检验: 检验样品的品质是否合格。

5. Respecting deadlines: making sure every party in the chain of development is on time.

跟进交期: 确保各项开发按时完成。

6. Assisting in sourcing of fabrics and trimmings for running developments.

辅助正在进行的面辅料开发

7. Maintain and expand our network of fabric mills and material suppliers.

维护和拓展我们的面辅料工厂资源

8. Administrative support to sourcing and merchandising teams

辅助采购销售团队处理办公室的行政事务。

REQUIREMENTS （岗位要求）

• KNOWLEDGE: textiles with focus on outerwear and premium womenswear

相关纺织专业。

• LANGUAGE: fluent in English and Mandarin.

流利的英语和普通话。

• MOBILITY: driver’s license or ok to move around (visit factories/markets/fairs).


• 有驾照或者适应出差。


• PERSONALITY: organized, detailed, time-focused, and resourceful.


• 有组织能力、细心、守时、足智多谋。


• ENTHUSIASM: for high-end fashion and innovative fabrics and therefore understanding the European designer’s point of view.

对高端时尚以及新颖面料感兴趣, 能理解欧洲设计师的观点。

• EXTRA PLUS: design skills, patternmaking skills, logistical skills.


• 有设计、服装制版技能以及懂进出口物流的优先



TO NOTE（备注）

• You will be the 8th direct person working for us in China. We have an office-space at our partner company in Hangzhou. You will be based here.

该职位将在我们的合作伙伴公司的办公室，与我们的中国同事一起工作。

• Our main office is located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and we travel to china about 4-6 times per year for about 1-2 weeks each stay.

我们的公司总部在荷兰，荷兰团队会经常来杭州出差，平均每年4-6次，每次1-2个星期。

• Communication is done by phone and email.

日常沟通交流主要通过电话和邮。
