Jop responsibility
1. Stimulate the interest of children aged 3-7 in learning English and improve their oral English;
2. Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and providing professional and effective English teaching models and classes for children;
3. Participate in all kinds of teaching and research-related work of the teaching department, arrange courses according to the teaching schedule, give lectures, complete teaching tasks and achieve teaching objectives
4. Regularly follow up the learning trends of students, conduct benign interaction with parents, and provide the best teaching service;
5. Participate in enrollment activities, demonstrate demo courses, and conduct student level assessment.

岗位职责
1.激发3-7周岁孩子学习英语的兴趣，提高英语口语表达能力；
2.因材施教，提供专业有效的少儿英语教学模式与课堂；
3.参与教学部各类与教研相关的工作，根据教学进度安排课程，进行授课，完成教学任务并达成教学目标
4.定期跟踪学员学习动态，与家长进行良性互动，做好教务服务工作；
5.参加招生活动，展示demo课程，进行学员级别测评。

Job requirements
1. Love education, bachelor degree or above, fluent oral English, standard pronunciation;
2. Cheerful, patient, good affinity, clear teaching method and clear thinking;
3. Like to get along with children, talents (music, dancing, painting, etc.) are preferred;
4. Strong ability to work under pressure and passion, and teamwork spirit.

任职资格
1.热爱教育，本科及以上学历，口语流利，发音标准；
2.性格开朗，有耐心，良好的亲和力，授课条理清楚，思路清晰；
3.喜欢与小朋友相处，有才艺专长（音乐、舞蹈、绘画等）优先考虑；
4.有良好的抗压能力及工作热情，注重团队合作精神。
